failure to cancel an appointment may result in a cancellation fee if under 48 working hours. 48 working hours = 2 working days (not including weekends or public holidays). Therefore, if you wish to cancel an appointment on a monday, it is recommeded to call the practice no later than close of business on the wednesday before.
